Privacy Policy

valUProp.in, operated by myRiky Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025. This service is intended for users aged 18 and above.

Data we collect

When you use valUProp.in, we collect:

• Contact details — your phone number and email address, collected when you request your detailed report.
• Property details you enter — locality/location, area, property type, age and configuration.
• Payment confirmation data from our payment processor, Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank account details.
• Technical data — your IP address and referral/campaign information (UTM parameters), used for analytics and fraud prevention.

How we use your data

We process your data based on your consent, solely to: generate your property valuation estimate and report; email your report to the address you provide (we retain an internal archive copy of each report issued); send you service communications and, only if you separately opt in, follow-up or marketing communications; and operate, secure and improve our valuation service.

We never sell your data

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate: Razorpay (payment processing) and Resend (email delivery). These providers process data on our behalf.

Data retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above, after which it is deleted or anonymised, except where we are required to retain certain records (such as payment records) to comply with legal or tax obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023

You have the right to:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed;
• Correct or erase your personal data;
• Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out);
• Grievance redressal — raise a complaint about how we handle your data;
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@valuprop.in with your request. We will respond within the timelines required under the DPDP Rules, and will address grievances within 90 days.

Children

Our service is intended only for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of children.

Security

We implement reasonable security safeguards to protect your personal data, including encrypted connections and access controls. In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected users as required under the DPDP Rules.
